Additional Property Attributes

The Site is currently developed with a two-story building that includes a sub-surface basement. The building is vacant and contains numerous debris/junk/trash throughout the interior. The building appears to have been used as commercial space on the first floor and a living space on the second floor. A concrete pad is located north and adjacent to the subject property building, with weeds/grass and soil-covered ground surrounding the east and south sides of the building. The exterior areas of the subject property are utilized for storing debris/junk outside.
