Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Kleinfelder interviewed Ms. Helen Radow, the trustee. Ms. Radow stated that the property was purchased around 1972 from a previous farmer. The previous agricultural use was a hay field. Later agricultural activities included raising beef cattle and hay production. Currently, the field is leased to Mr. James Siri for row crop production. Mr. Siri stated that the field status is considered �no spray� organic. Mr. Siri believed that he has leased the site since 1990 and has grown various row crops. Mr. Siri stated that he has not stored hazardous materials on the Radow property. Pesticides and herbicides were previously mixed and rinsed off-site. Ms. Radow knew of no past buildings, USTs, hazardous material storage, pesticide/herbicide mixing or rinsing, wells, or a septic system. Ms. Radow did not report releases of hazardous materials to the soil or groundwater at the property. She knew of no regulatory agency investigations regarding hazardous materials. Ms. Radow also knew of no environmental-related liens, judgments, citations, violations associated with the subject site.
