City used HUD - ARRA money to construct a parking lot on the site to support local businesses.

Former Use: The Site is currently vacant and consists of a rectangular shaped parcel of City owned land located in Lawrence, Massachusetts totaling 0.068 acres. The site has historically been occupied by a furniture store, carpenter and plumbing businesses, a liquor store, a tavern and several restaurant establishments. According to the City of Lawrence Building Department and Assessors Office records, the building at the Site was razed on August 12, 1999. The Site is not a listed disposal site with the Department of Environmental Protection DEP.
