Additional Property Attributes

Site is a gravel borrow pit which has buried unknowns, potentially 55 gallon drums of hazardous materials used for paving projects on the Tohono O'odham Nation in the late 1980's.

Former Use: Pan Tak pit is a former gravel/borrow pit owned by Schuk Toak District Tohono O'odham Nation. In 1999 the US Attorney reached a plea agreement with Blaze Construction to stop all activities on the Tohono O'odham Nation, however they are reported to have visited the Pan Tak site that year where they may have buried 55 gallon drums of unknown substances from their asphalt operations at another site.
