Additional Property Attributes

The City of South Tucson completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment ESA of the subject property. This assessment has revealed evidence of the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the property: Discarded waste street sweepings were observed in the southeast corner of the property. These street sweepers potentially contain elevated levels of petroleum hydrocarbons and metals. Soil samples should be collected from the areas in which the street sweepings were apparently disposed and analyzed for polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons PAHs and 8 RCRA metals. A construction and demolition waste pile was observed in the southeast corner of the property. Because the contents of the waste pile are unknown, samples should be collected from the soil underlying and/or immediately beside the waste pile and analyzed for volatile organic compounds VOCs, PAHs, and 8 RCRA metals.

Former Use: The subject property consisted of native desert.
