Additional Property Attributes

The City of South Tucson completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment ESA of the subject property. This assessment did not reveal evidence of any recognized environmental conditions in connection with the subject property.

Former Use: A city directory search revealed that the address assigned to the subject property was first used between 1931 and 1935 by Spanish Well Tavern. Spanish Well and other restaurant entities conducted operations from the facility until between sometime between 1993 and 1998. The structure was then used as office space for various insurance agencies and consulting firms. The structure is presently occupied by Santa Cruz and Associates Insurance Agency and the western portion is used for parking.
