Former Use: Sunny Industries, a printing company, opened the facility in Mazomanie in 1995. Building additions occurred in 1999. The company went out of business and the property went into receivership in March 2007. Plymouth-based Synergy Graphics bought Sunny Industries from receivership in March 2007. Synergy, a magazine and direct-mail printing company, also went into receivership and closed in 2008. The approximately 15-acre site consists of a 350,000 square foot concrete block building constructed in approximately 1995. The building has 20,000 square feet of office space and 19 loading docks. The remainder of the property contains paved driveways, parking areas, stormwater ponds, and landscaped areas
