Property Highlights

Former Use: The property was originally developed with various lumber and millwork companies woodwork manufacturers. By 1883, the site was already developed with five buildings, one of which appeared to be for commercial or industrial use. Several lumber mills and door and furniture manufacturing companies occupied the site through the 1930�s. The Semling-Menke Company, predecessor of Semco Windows & Doors, started operation on the site in 1941 and has occupied and operated there since. The Semling-Menke Company is ending operations at this facility in the spring of 2011.
