Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is approximately 24.5 acres. In the 1950s and 60s, the plant on the property housed operations for the manufacture, storage and distribution of hollow-core precast concrete construction elements under the trade name DOXPLANK. The operations closed in the mid 1960s and the site has allegedly been dormant ever since. One floor of the concrete industrial building approximately 15,000 sq. ft. remains on the southern third of the site. The building is unsecured and shows evidence of unauthorized use. Additionally, there is a single-family home with four outbuildings located in a two acre clearing in the northern portion of the site. A tenant has lived in this home for over 40 years.
