Additional Property Attributes

7 acre parcel of land belonging to the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 532 which the Lodge wishes to sell to a community developer for building 20 low income housing units. The property is adjacent to a former metals smelter and has metals contamination in the surface soil and at some locations in the subsurface soil.

Former Use: The Loyal Order of Moose aquired the property in 1966 and a building was moved from Great Falls to serve as the lodge facility.
