"BTA conducted for Hunter Health Clnic (HHC). The HHC desires to expand their facility on the property. RECs were: VOCs associated with a reported historic gas station on south adjacent property, and two wearthen mounds of unknown source located on north adjacent property. Phase II indicated PCE and TCE were detected above KDHE RSK levels. Additional assessment data was necessary. Phase III: PCE, TCE, and DCE were detected in GW-5 (onsite) at concentrations of 710 ug/L, 110 ug/L, and 160 ug/L, respectively. Source of the contamination appears to be originated from a historical dry cleaning facility(s) located south and/or southwest of the health clinic. Site was referred to the KDHE BER Site Assessment Program for further groundwater assessment related to the source of chlorinated impacts. "
