Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property has uncertainties related to over 100 years of on-site development. Currently the site is vacant and unoccupied however, previous tenants have included a laundry/dry cleaners in the mid-1900's and an auto sales/service facility thereafter. The Phase II assessment revealed impact to shallow soil above residential use for multiple PAHs and Arsenic. There were no groundwater impacts above applicable standards.
