Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is currently occupied by the three-story Eye Institute, a two-level parking deck, and paved surface parking. According to historical information the parking deck was originally a part of a former Holiday Inn west of the property. A portion of the parking deck was removed for the construction of the Eye Institute in 1986. Prior to the construction of these buildings, the property was vacant unused land. The Eye Institute contains medical suites with offices, examination rooms, and surgical rooms. The Bailey Conference Center is located on the first floor.
