Regal Cinema Corporate Headquarters has located on the redeveloped property of the former Baptist Hospital Parcel 6. Multi-government incentive deal of $12.5 million announced in Oct. 2015. City bought the 9 story building for $6 million with a lease back to Regal. Regal has invested $17 million in renovations to the office tower and parking garage. This moved 300 full time employees to downtown Knoxville and this former brownfield site.

Former Use: The property was developed with the vacant Baptist Medical Tower on the north side of Blount Avenue and a multi-level garage and surface parking on the south side. The Tower building contained eight stories and a ground floor. Historical records have identified hospital buildings, a gas station, and retail businesses on the property in the past
