Additional Property Attributes

This BTA was conducted for the City of Coffeyville to evaluate a property with unknown environmental conditions. Utilizing the Brownfields Program, the City hopes to encourage future development on the property. Based on information collected during the Phase I report, it appears that the All Appropriate Inquiry AAI was obtained. "Recognized Environmental Conditions" RECs were identified as potential petroleum and hazardous subtances associated with the following facilities: Fiberglass Corporation of America, Dixon Industires, and the Coffeyville Army Airfield/Airport. Phase II activities are recommended to commence du to the identified RECs.
