Additional Property Attributes

The BTA was conducted for the City of Udall to evaluate an existing community center building that is planned to be rehabilitated. RECs were: potential petroleum and hazardous substances associated with a former historic gas station adjacent southwest and a former machine shop located immediately north of the property. Phase II conducted. Arsenic detected in groundwater from an upgradient source, will not affect the construction activity or project.

Former Use: Lumberyard from 1921 to 1948. City building in 1950, destroyed in 1955 by Tornado. Rebuilt in 1956.
