Additional Property Attributes

In 2023, new owners requested assistance developing an ECAA /CAP.

Previous assessment work was conducted for the entire 1.9 acre parcel. Plans for the site are for continued commercial uses. Prior to that, the southern portion of this property was proposed for a new use and an ESA was conducted for this part of the site. This property has had several owners and uses in the past. A Phase I was completed and identified multiple RECs do to historic uses on site. A Phase II has also been completed.
