Additional Property Attributes

The armory building was cleaned up with State funding through DEQ's Site Cleanup Assistance Program. The county sheriff may eventually use the building. It is currently being used as storage. The UST was removed 9-24-97. The cleanup date used in ACRES is for the asbestos, LBP, and lead dust cleanup.

Former Use: The subject property is located in the City of Pauls Valley on lots 3 and 4 of Block 224. The legal description is SE SE SE NE of Section 7, Township 3 North, Range 1 East.
