Additional Property Attributes

The armory was cleaned up with State funding through DEQ's Site Cleanup Assistance Program. The armory building is now being used as a Sheriff's office, election board, and for emergency management. The cost of redevelopment is estimated at $10,000. The UST was removed 8-25-93. The cleanup date used in ACRES is for the asbestos and lead-based paint abatement.

Former Use: The subject property is located at 217 N. Lincoln St. in Hobart, Oklahoma. This property consists of approximately two acres of land and contains the former National Guard Armory building.The subject property is located in the SW � SE � of Section 34, Township 7N, and Range 18W.
