Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is located in the SE � NW � of Section 2 T19N R12E.Currently the areas surrounding the site are industrial and city/county land. The area to the north contains a large community center and land used as a portion of the Tulsa City jail and the Tulsa County Sheriff�s Office. Directly to the southeast are railroad lines owned by BNSF, the area to the southeast is occupied by the Bank of Oklahoma Center and an American Cold Storage distribution center. The property surrounding the building consists of the Tulsa City Jail and a large Community Center to the north and northwest Lester�s Distribution Co, an auto parts distributor and Dick Slankard, a machine parts distributor to the southwest. The subject property is in town and paved streets are located on the northwest, northeast and southwest sides of the subject property. The property was historically occupied by a company called Norris Flow.
