Additional Property Attributes

A 37,000 square foot metal building and a 95,430 square foot building are Located on the Subject Property. � The 37,000 square foot building is a metal building with concrete flooring. Located inside the building is a small office and restroom. The building is mostly empty except for a few cars and a boat. � The 95,430 square foot building is a metal building with concrete flooring. There are five 5separate offices located in this building. This building is mostly empty and is used to store the pedicabs and horse drawn carriages used around bricktown, bricks, and a few cars. There is an above ground storage tank and underground storage tanks used for storing water for the wash bays that are located inside the building. The wash bays are not in use. � The Subject Property is flat with a gentle slope to the southeast. � The geology of the Subject Property consists of Hennessey Shale. � Soils at the Subject Property are classified as Norge Soils. � Oklahoma Corporation Commission OCC records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks are located on the Subject Property. � Sooner Well Logs Services indicate there are eight 8 plugging and completion records for oil wells located in the vicinity of the Subject Property. � According to the Sanborn Maps the Subject Property has been used by C.O.&G. Railroad Roundhouse, Oriental Oil Company, Chicago, Rock Island, and Pacific Rail yard Roundhouse, a private garage, lumber and oil storage, residential housing, sheet metal shop, paint spraying building, steel fabrication, and welding.

To the south of the Subject Property was an underground storage tank.
