Additional Property Attributes

the Dine College CARE Program Office has identified the subject property as a community site of environmental concern due to a nearby uranium mill tailings repository as well as the presence of unauthorized solid waste disposal occurring at the subject property. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was performed to identify RECs that may require further assessment to determine the potential for public and environmental exposure to contaminants of concern. The Dine College CARE Program Office has not identified any future plans for redevelopment of the subject property.

Former Use: The site is on Navajo Nation trust land. historical and current uses: vacant land in proximity to uranium mill tailings repository.
