Additional Property Attributes

The City of Shelby has acquired the property and plans to convert it into office/condominium/restaurant space. The brick shell of the building is in good condition and is locatedon Main Street which includes other restaurants, movie theater, offices, hotels, retail, etc.

Former Use: The Rainbow Hotel was constructed in the early 1920's and was in operation until tje early 1990's when it was abandoned. The structure has since fallen into disrepair.
