Additional Property Attributes

This TBA discovered friable asbestos in poor condition on plumbing fixtures in basement. Risers leading to 3rd floor contained air cell asbestos-containing material ACM insulation. ACM found in pipe insulation, floor tile, tank insulation, roof flashing, window caulking and debris in plumbing channels. Lead-based paint LBP detected regulated amounts of LBP on all walls. There was also lead in the surface soils up to 12 inches that contained a maximum value of 1138 parts per million ppm. Twenty of 81 samples had readings over EPA residential guidance level of 400 ppm. The Western Montana Mental Haelth Center plans on abating lead and asbestos, and renovating the building into a substance abuse treatment center.
