Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of approximately 10 acres of undeveloped land. The property is currently surrounded by the Caddo Nation Tribal Complex to the south, highway 281 to the west, highway 152 to the north, an open field to the east, and two lagoons to the southeast. Access to the property is via a locked gate which runs adjacent to the south side of the subject property and also an opening in the fence surrounding the subject property on the west side along highway 281. The property is mainly undeveloped, but does have a small water tank located by the south fenced area and a small approximately 10 X 15 open wood d building with a metal roof located on the west side of the fenced area. There is also concrete/asphalt rubble, a trash pile, and a water meter that are located on the property, and a petroleum pipeline that runs through the property as well. The subject property is mainly wooded, but does have open field area towards the middle and the east side of the property. Past Ownership: 1901 - The USA allotted 160 acres of land, containing the subject property, to Fritz Hendrix Allottee # 819. 1940 - In August 12, 1940 Fritz Hendrix died, leaving his wife, Eva Longhorn and his son Jesse Phillip Hendrix as survivors. An order to determine heirs of the property was filed, which deeded half of the 160 acres to Eva Longhorn and the other half of the 160 acres to Jesse Phillip Hendrix. 1968 - In 1968 Jesse Hendrix and Eva Longhorn deeded the subject property, known as Tract ST 819-C, containing 28.75 acres, that has been kept "In Trust" with the United States of America, to The Caddo Indian Tribe of Oklahoma. 1969 - In 1969 Jesse Hendrix and Eva Longhorn deeded the subject property, known as Tract ST 819-D, containing 5 acres, that has been kept "In Trust" with the United States of America, to The Caddo Indian Tribe of Oklahoma.
