Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is centrally located within Nashua, NH and is situated on the northern side of Broad Street between the intersections of Short Avenue and Sullivan Street with Broad Street. The site consists of a triangular-shaped lot of approximately 0.25 acres of land. A portion of one of the site buildings extends onto the railroad right-of-way, and the owner has a long-term lease agreement with the railroad company. On the site are three buildings; a two-story residence, a 1-car garage, and a commercial auto service garage with a detached storage shed. The current owners purchsed the property in 1981 and since then have used the property as an auto service garage and residence. Historically the site was built prior to 1947 and at that time the first floor was used as a grocery store and/or candy store. Retail gasoline was also sold. The second floor was used for resdential purposes. The original service garage was built by 1949.
