Additional Property Attributes

Property is developed with a garage, pole barn, auxillary barn, small metal shed, a paved driveway, and a former paved roadway. Abandoned trucks, storage containers, farming equipment, an empty roll container, truck parts, and discarded wood pallets were observed during the reconn. In general, metals and petroleum hydrocarbons are present in surface soil samples located across the subject property. A majority of the contamination was observed at the northern end of the property in the vicinity of the drum pile and burn pit and at the southern end of the property near storage units and on-site structures. Subsurface soil contamination localized to the southern end of the property. Samples collected from the central portion of the property yielded VOCs and SVOCs at concentrations above Groundwater Quality Standards.
