Additional Property Attributes

The subject site consists of two parcels of land, Tax Map Number M012030100116 totaling approximately 17.2-acres and Tax Map Number M012030100104 totaling approximately 82.54-acres. The northern portion of the subject site consists of graded land which is utilized as a Department of Transportation equipment storage area for the roadway development work along Fairforest Way. Sediment ponds were observed along the northern site boundary to capture stormwater runoff from the graded area. Remaining portions of the subject site consist of vacant woodlands. Access roads were observed dissecting portions of the woodlands. Stream channels were observed along the eastern and western site boundary. The southward flowing stream channels are tributaries to Laurel Creek and the Reedy River.

Former Use: At the time of the March 15, 2012 site reconnaissance, the subject site consisted of graded land in the northwestern portion of the site and woodlands in the central and southern portions of the site.
