Additional Property Attributes

Site is located within the boundaries of the EPA funded City of Atlanta Area-Wide project study area. It is one of 14 sites provided by local residents through a community nomination process as part of the December 2011 Public Outreach Workshop. The property is not currently owned by the City of Atlanta nor does the city currently have plans to acquire the site at this time.In 2004, records indicate a discovery was made at this address and removal ensued. However, the site did not qualify for the NPL based on the existing information and it was given �No Further Remedial Action Required� status under CERCLIS in 2005.

Former Use: A building which formerly housed a drum storage facility and a recapped tire business is on-site. Similar businesses have operated on-site since at least 1978.
