Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The TAPCO site is 3.44 acres. There is a 50,000 sq. ft. facility on the site that is in disrepair. TAPCO is a Wisconsin-based traffic sign and other similar products manufacturer. TAPCO vacated this facility in 2009 when they moved to another Wisconsin municipality to expand their headquarters. Prior to being occupied by TAPCO, the site and potentially the building was utilized by Reindl Bindery Company from the late 1980s through the late 1990s. The site is currently not being used. As of June 2012, the site has been purchased by MSP - a redevelopment firm based out of Minneapolis, MN.
