Additional Property Attributes

Property is developed with a two-story building, single story wood structure and paved access areas; historically used as a car wash; portions are now used for self storage. The property is vacant during the Phase I. In the first quarter of 2015, the Property was sold. The car wash is being renovated and the commercial space has been rented.

Former Use: The Property remained undeveloped until 1993 when the present day structures were built. The Property is now vacant and the owner wishes to sell it so it can be redeveloped. I is along a main commercial corridor and therefore has good redevelopment potential.
