Additional Property Attributes

The Madill Armory was built in 1957. Prior to this, the property was agricultural land. The armory building was cleaned up with State funding through DEQ's Site Cleanup Assistance Program. Following cleanup, the property was sold to Madill Schools. It is being used as the Madill School P.E. building. The UST was removed 10-7-93. The cleanup date used in ACRES is for the abatement of asbestos, lead-based paint, and lead dust. Redevelopment is estimated to cost $10,000.
