Former Use: The site is 7.5 acres with several buildings. The clinic was in operation from 1973-1995 when the owner filed bankruptcy. The business involved dipping furniture pieces in a tank containing solvent and then pressure washing the furniture to remove the old finish. The wash water was directed down a floor drain that was connected to a septic tank which flowed overland via an outfall towards a creek which drains into the Poplar River.
