Additional Property Attributes

Property is 4.12 acres with one dwelling unit, one non-dwelling unit, one well and one septic tank; originally developed in 1956, currently used as Arrowhead Transport which is a trucking business. The owner of the Property would like to develop the property for a higher use once US Parkway has been completed. There are no immediate plans to redevelop however: the proerty has been cleared for redevelopment.

Former Use: Owned by Ronald P. & Leonora K. Zuti TRS since 2007, previously owned by Robert L. Kaiser; previously used as an automotive salvage yard.
