Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Vermount Barboard property is one of the last developable parcels in the Village of Wilmington. The property was vacant until October, 1925 and then primarily used as a wood processing property, but with a number of other minor uses as well. A fairly large rail yard existed to the south of the property. Until recently the property has been owned privately and is now owned by a non-profit organization.
