two (2) USTs of unknown size remain in the subsurface located beneath two metal plates and fill ports to the east of the former service station building.

Former Use: Known historical uses of the Property include commercial shops, a dry cleaner, and a gas station. This soil sampling event for VOCs and TPH presence did not reveal or document any concentrations above the applicable screening levels for further action. Site closure was recommended.
