Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consists of four (4) irregular-shaped parcels of land encompassing approximately 4.48 acres. The Property is developed with a large, interconnected, one-story warehouse-style industrial building. The approximate 100-year-old building is brick and/or steel-sided on a concrete slab foundation. Vegetation was observed growing up the building walls. Multiple chimneys suggest the building contains boilers or other furnace components. The remaining grounds consist of grassed, graveled, and/or unmaintained asphalt-paved parking lots located on both the north and west sides of the Property building. The lots are used to stage damaged or inoperable automobiles. The south portion of the Property is densely vegetated with the Pecatonica River as the southern border. Historical operations include a former steel tank manufacturer operated by Stover Steel.
