Additional Property Attributes

This property was cleaned up with State funding through DEQ's Site Cleanup Assistance Program (SCAP). The armory building is being used as a public safety training center. Redevelopment cost estimated at $10,000. The UST was removed 9-22-95. The clean up date used in ACRES is for the Abatement of asbestos, lead-based paint, and lead dust.

Former Use: The Guthrie Armory is a one-story structure comprised of a rock facade and a flat roof that was constructed on a concrete slab around 1938.
