Lead-based paint encapsulant was applied over lead-based paint on non-friction surfaces. Floors containing lead-based paint, and the indoor firing range were sealed with sealant. These areas should be periodically inspected and maintained.

Additional Property Attributes

The armory was cleaned up with State funds in the DEQ Site Cleanup Assistance Program. The UST was removed 9-14-93. The cleanup date used in ACRES is for the asbestos, LBP, and lead dust abatement.

Former Use: The subject property was used as a National Guard Armory. The armory was constructed from brick in 1937 and is currently on the National Register of Historic Places.
