Additional Property Attributes

Two story house with unfinished basement. Phase II identified ACM, methamphetamine residues, and mold in the vacarage. One meth sample over state level of 01.ug/100cm2 in wood slatted toom. ACM includes insulated mudded joints (14 pcs), two types of vinyl floor tile (288 ft2), pipe insulation (147 If), ceiling tile mastic (683 ft2), and drywall joint compound. Roof flashing assumed as ACM (104 If). Only joints and pipe insulation friable. LBP on exterior window and trim items, basement staiwell, and hall bath. Basement has standing water due to raised sump.

Former Use: Property was purchased by Tekakwitha Idian Mission in the 1930's. Vicarage was priest's residence until sold to the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate (SWO) in March 2001. Currently owned by SWO.
