Additional Property Attributes

Property will be purchased by town once assessments are completed. Vermont AOT has granted the town 500,000 for construction of a park and ride at the site. The site was previously a warehouse, fueling station and possibly stored electrical transformers.

Former Use: Site is currently owned by Washington Electric Cooperative. It was used by the town and agency of transportation as a fire station and for storage of construction materials. Site is slated to be redeveloped as a park and ride.
