Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was an operating service state for approx. 20 ears with known USTs containing gasoline that were abandoned in place with no verification f whether releases had occurred. No previous environmental assessments have been performed at the site. Observations on the property revealed the presence of numerous small areas of oil-stained pavement, consistent with minor leaks of engine oil and fluids from parked cars. There is a possibility of the presence of lead and asbestos in construction materials in the on-site repair shop building. The is the possible presenc of PCBs in the fluorescsnt light ballasts in the on-site r3epair shop building. Phase II ESA was not completed at the request of the property owner.
