Former Use: Vacant Property / Parcel number 115-08-100A (1110 and 1116 N Stone Avenue) was initially developed between 1919 and 1931 when a residence was constructed on the northern portion of the parcel. A restaurant began operating on the southeast portion of the property between 1931 and 1947. This parcel was developed in 1963 and was occupied by a restaurant which converted into a furniture retail store in 1987. Between 1990 and 1996, this parcel was cleared and left vacant. Parcel number 115-08-105A (1100 and 1102 N. Stone Avenue) was initially developed in 1940 when a service station was built on the parcel.
