Property Highlights

The onsite building is 13,224 square feet and in very poor condition. Violations include bulk refuse, open burning, presence of empty gasoline tank, and unidentifiable 55-gallon storage drums. The property is overgrown with weeds, and four piles of soil/ash and pallets were noted aroudnt he perimeter of the building. An abandoned automobile, several unmarked drums, and numerous dumpsters containing unknown waste were noted during site recon.

Former Use: Property used as a warehouse and auto repair/storage facility. Property owned by Frederick Parkison and currently vacated.
