Within a one-square-block area, designers were able to fit two five-story hotels�a 142-room AC Hotel complete with European-inspired quest rooms, a breakfast dining room, a lounge with a local flair, meeting rooms and a fitness center as well as a 134-room, Hyatt Place Hotel that includes meeting facilities, a breakfast buffet, fitness center and a indoor pool.
