Analytical data from the Phase II TBA sampling event detected concentrations of metals and/or pesticides in groundwater and/or air. Elevated levels of pesticides in air are likely from the storage of pesticide contianers within the onsite building. Elevated contmaintant levels in groundwater are likely from the railroad property located near the site. Cleanup activities are currently conducted by the railroad company. Therefore, further cleanup activities by the McCook Economic Development Corporation do not appear warranted.
