Former Use: The building is known to contain asbestos based on the results of a limited asbestos inspection performed on July 8, 2010. The building has experienced low occupancy over the last several years due to outdated and obsolete building standards and remediation of the environmental hazards present will be the first step in efforts to restore the property and improve the environmental health of the neighborhood.
