Additional Property Attributes

The building consists of an main level and basement with concrete walls and ceiling. The assessment confirmed friable asbestos on basement boiler pipes.

Former Use: The property is located in downtown Fort Yates, just west of the main tribal administration building. Historic uses of the property include a maintenance facility and storage. The buiding is currently used as office space for the Tribal Health Department. The Tribe would like to clean the building to faciliate expansion and redevelopment for improved use as office space.
