Additional Property Attributes

Phase IV of the Rainier Court Development is a continuation of the cleanup and redevelopment of a blighted and contaminated seven-acre area in southeast Seattle. This phase hopes to construct up to 115 housing units consisting of one, two, three, and four bedroom multi-family units and townhouses. Construction is planned to start in June 2007 and be completed in October 2008. (PPF attached to QR 8, 7/1/05-9/30/05)
