Additional Property Attributes

Consistent with the findings of the June 2012 Phase I ESA, the January 2013 Phase II ESA did not identify conditions of imminent threat or public hazard from hazardous substances or petroleum. For soil and groundwater, the primary project decision has determined that the site is suitable for unrestricted redevelopment. The detected contaminants for this property (VOCs, Mercury, Arsenic, Barium, Chromium, Lead, Selenium) do not need to be cleaned up because all concentration levels of contaminants found were below statewide standards.
